Amy & Matt 03.21.09

Last Saturday I teamed up with Nikki from Nichole Frank Photography to shoot Amy & Matt's wedding.

Amy & Monica have been best friends for years so Monica was on the other side of the camera as Amy's maid of honor. Oh & did I mention that Amy is also a photographer? Check out her site Amy Straka Photography!

The gift for the groomsman was a small pocket knife & they decided to have some "fun" with one of the ushers.


























And just for fun I am throwing in the picture of Monica reading her speech from her phone.

Kari & Issac 03.23.09

So in the Midwest they say "if you don't like the weather just wait 10 minutes". Yesterday was proof of that.

When Monica & I left the house to meet up with Kari & Issac for their engagement session the sun was peaking through the clouds & it was pretty warm out (high 50's).
When we started shooting at Millennium Plaza the wind started picked up & by the time we made it over to the beach we only shot a few pictures before we had to call it quits.

But the crazy weather didn't slow us down completely. We got some great shots & of course had a lot of fun.
